21 – 18 – 15 – 12 – 9 – 6 – 3 reps of:
Box Jumps 24/20
Weighted Situps (20# dumbell) or scale as necessary

    15:40 15# for situps, suck at pullups – would start with band pullups but end up doing box jump pullups…

    I will be wearing my board shorts tomorrow and am charging the batteries for my 5 camereas… I draw the line with driving a Hummer. But am all about increased work capacity across a broad spectrum of time and modal domains.

    13:09 (I think) Did 15# dumbell swing instead of pull ups. 20# for situps.

    First 6 am…I love it when you finish a workout and it’s STILL dark outside!
