Finishing off the work week with a straight for-time WOD. Bring home the GOLD on the row, okay? And get ready to make a man outta you with a move we haven’t done in quite a while!

For time:
Row 1000m
30 Toes to Bar
20 Burpee Box Jump-overs 24/20″
10 Man Makers – 35/25# dumbbells

Coach’s Notes: On the burpee box jump-overs, either clear the box with the jump or jump onto the box and down on the other side. Once you land on the other side of the box, you’ve completed one rep. Watch the video for how to properly do a full man maker using dumbbells! Rowing may start in heats if there are lots of people in each class.

    I forgot to look at the time but I would say it took about 20 minutes to complete. 15 toes to bar but had to use the box for assistance. Did not use weights on man makers because of a blown blood vessel in my hand, but I still did them.
