    24:15 Rx-ish

    Note: Did the first 24 HSPUs Rx and then had to go to 1 ab mat after total muscle failure. Good news, first time doing HSPUs Rx and learned how to kip them thanks to Coach Sarah!

  6. 11:38 lots of mod. did 21 ring dips with red band, then switched to box jumps. GHD sit-ups instead of pushups, and did HSPU negatives.
